I have been meaning to write you....I understand what you said earlier about cooling it for a while...doctor recommended...a computer and sitting will kill fast...only one solution to counter the sitting... you must GO TO THE GYM 3-4 DAYS A WEEK AND PUMP SOME IRON... doesn't matter how much or little just consistent and do some of that yard work also... to counter the hours sitting putting together you brillant essays... Congratulations 🎉 I read CRG also... you all help us deal with this take over for our freedoms so hard fought....so sad so many don't realize what is going down....🥴 Can't express my gratitude for your work in adequate words..just know you touch my heart every time I read your words❤️🔥Psyche
