I am intrigued by that! What building would this have been? I'm working with the max visibility would be about 800 meters or 2624 feet. I used The straight-line distance (“as the crow flies”) from 200 Liberty St (26th floor) to the original World Trade Center complex in 2001 is approximately 2,580 feet.
This calculation is based on the geographic coordinates:
200 Liberty St: 40.71056°N, -74.01556°W
World Trade Center (original, 2001): 40.7070°N, -74.0075°W
The distance was determined using the Haversine formula, which calculates the shortest distance over the earth’s surface between two points given their latitude and longitude. The result is about 2,580 feet.
As you can see, that's pretty near the end that the human eye could see faces in a moving window. This is why I was intrigued as to what building this was seen from.
767 travelling at 583 mph (calculated from the alleged video ~ an impossible speed BTW), with passenger windows 9 inch wide by 12.5 inch high (that's 23 cm wide by 32 cm high) seen at a distance of what? hundred metres or more?
Not sure you would see anything more than a blur?
Remember, the whole thing was a massive PsyOp. Repeated often enough on TV, to traumatised eye witnesses, and false memories can be implanted.

I have no stake in any theory. Video of a plane crashing into the Tower 2 is clearly CGI and done badly at that. The 7 foot length of fuselage with several window ports was planted (not there in a photo of the day before). The only piece of engine found was not from a 767 and disappeared to a land fill before any investigation. No other bits of plane found.
I tend towards DEW + controlled demolition with fake planes as a fig leaf.
But what do I know? or for that matter even care at this stage. It happened 23 years, 7 months and 13 days ago. I think we may have more pressing matters to deal with in the here and now?
