Good article, well done. I am curious though regarding one of the links, to The Saker (Michael Hudson's piece was referenced). I have not been able to access that site for a while now (can't today either), and I believe that others have said it was taken down a few years after the primary author stopped "blogging." Is there an alternative way to access it, and is it still up?

As far as I know it is not up anymore. I guess the reference from Mr. Lama was from back when it was still running.
