Sorry, but while there a number of claims that are questionable, with various followers from different religions having different stories re: his childhood (eg some Hindus & Buddhists believe he traveled to India & Himalaya monastaries at age 14), this is where Bo Yon Ra completely loses me.
I can't go into detail around it, but in the context of telling me he didn't want me to think of him with sadness, Jesu told me himself, in reference to his crucifixion, "It was a long time ago. It was my choice."
Bô Yin Râ agrees. It was his choice. You will see more in Part 6 tomorrow. Also, these segments are an invitation to explore his writings on Jesus more, using the links cited. Jesus was indeed taught by the "wise men" of the East, except they came to him; he did not need to travel to India. But yes, it was his choice made long before he came to earth.
Maybe I have misread/misunderstood "The Wisdom of St. John":
p 49, "Overwhelmed by everything he saw, he briefly lost the sureness of his inner council...that the power he was offered might become the basis for his mission....
...Only too soon he realized his error...
....But the consequences of his fleeting error could now no longer be escaped, neither on the spiritual nor on the temporal plane....
p. 60 "They knew what hd befallen him, but were unable to protect him: because his spiritual transgression -- his fleeting impulse to ally himself with worldly power had forced his fate out of the hands of that higher guidance: before he let himself become deluded....
The transmutation of the laws that rule the unseen regions of this earth -- the very work that he was to accomplish by his deed of Love on Golgotha -- would have spared him what he had to suffer ....
In which case it wasn't an error. I can't help it. I am a stickler for language -- 1st career was as a hi tech writer/communications manager, known for my clarity😁
I have read Golgotha. As has my doodle, altho she only consumed the cover thru table of contents! 😂
I will try to paraphrase my understanding of BYR and what he is saying. Jesus was/is a Luminary. The way the Bible puts it is that he was/is a Priest of the Order of Melchizedek. Jesus selected as his mission what no other Luminary could have accomplished: to defeat the Prince of this World and open the path to salvation for all human beings from then on, whether they ever even hear of Jesus or not. Jesus was/is not "God." He is "God-realized." Jesus also knew that for him to accomplish his freely-chosen mission, he would die at the hands of other humans. However, BYR does say in Golgotha that the particular death he suffered was premature and was due to his own brief error which put him under Pilate's power. At the same time, I believe this illustrated for us another principle which is to not believe that acquiring earthly power, even in a good cause, is a spiritual solution to the afflictions besetting mankind. Today we are surrounded by tragedies of every kind. Our greatest temptation is to believe that "reforms" carried out by seizure of external power can change anything real. Rather the Luminaries are telling us that what is needed is internal spiritual change by individuals and that when enough do change, the outer world will also change. BYR also says that more people than ever before are being born with a spiritual orientation.
Obviously, I cannot say much more than this by way of summarizing. Rather the purpose of these postings has been to alert readers to the presence and teachings of BYR, point out the availability of his books, and shed some light on what he has to say on the crucial matter of who Jesus really was/is. I did not consult anyone else in publishing this material. It's entirely a matter of my own choice. Any errors obviously fall upon me for which I apologize. But I do believe that the material published on the Three Sages Substack is an accurate representation as best as I can accomplish that. Thank you for reading and for your comments.
In recent years I have read a wide variety of sources, from different translation of the Bible to different views of his life.
In the final analysis, I take him at his word. He never said anything to me about a mistake. That said, he doesn't tend to elaborate & this was a topic he seemed to want to leave in the past. So that is what I will do. I should have done that already, but then he did once tell me I'm very disobedient 😁.

There was no lapse in belief. It was his choice.

All part of the divine plan. Also see BYR'S Mystery of Golgotha on Kober Books. Worth the read. Much more information. We all have our cross to bear
